Description

The SmallRig Cage Kit for Nikon Z 9 3738 is designed to provide a portable solution, accessory attachment, and protection for the camera, especially when shooting at low angles, to relieve the arm and facilitate camera movement. The kit includes a Nikon Z 9 Cage 3195 and an ARRI Top Handle 2165, while maintaining access to buttons, holes, card slots, the battery compartment, and the flip-up screen after installation. The cage is locked with a 1/4”-20 screw underneath, a locating pin and a shoulder strap ring on the right side; the top handle is ergonomically designed for comfort and allows for quick assembly and disassembly. The integrated mounting points are fully compatible with the SmallRig accessory system. Featuring 1/4”-20 threaded holes and ARRI 3/8″-16 locating holes for the Side Handle 2093, the HSS2426 for side shots and camera movements, and an ARRI 3/8″-16 locating hole on the top of the handle for the Monitor Mount M 2903, as well as a cold shoe mount for microphones, LED lights. The Arca quick release plate located underneath the cage fits directly onto a tripod for tripod shots; Two 1/4”-20 threaded holes located at the bottom of the front bracket support the Rod Clamp 942 to attach a 15mm rail support system for attaching a lens support, follow-focus, matte box, etc. In addition, protective pads inside prevent scratches and a built-in magnetic screwdriver makes access easy.
