Description
The SmallRig ND1.2 (4 Stops) 3589 Filter is one of the CINE ND filters designed for professional photographers. It features a light transmittance of 6.25 %, with four light extinction levels, and optical glass, precisely ground and polished for use with a filter tray or matte box sized 4 x 5.65 inches. Made of high-clarity and high-transmission B270 optical glass from Germany, this filter is coated on both sides with a multi-layer nano coating to ensure high-precision color reproduction. These coatings are resistant to mold, water, oil, and scratches, making the item easy to clean and store, and ideal for use in video or filmmaking. The filter allows for a wider aperture to add background blur and control image sharpness, improving image latitude and quality.
