Description

The SmallRig Cage for Nikon Z 8 with MB-N12 Battery Grip 3982 is designed to protect the camera and attach accessories. It locks the camera with a 1/4″-20 screw on the bottom and an M2.5 screw on each side, with rubber pads to prevent scratches, and provides full access to buttons, card slots, the battery door, and the flip-out monitor. Among its accessory mounting points, a 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 threaded hole and an ARRI 3/8″-16 locating hole support the Top Handle 2165 and 1638, Side Handle 2093 and 2425, Monitor Mount 2903 and 2904, and Magic Arm 3875; two cold shoe mounts fit a microphone and LED video light; and the Arca Swiss quick release plate on the bottom and side allow horizontal and vertical shooting on tripods. The Arca-Swiss quick release plate on the bottom also supports the DJI RS 2 / RSC 2 / RS 3 / RS 3 Pro stabilizers for quick switching between handheld, stabilizer, and tripod modes. On the front, there are two 1/4″-20 threaded holes for the 942 Dual Rod Clamp, mast holder, and lens support; and a 1/4″-20 locating hole for the 3276 Single Rod Clamp for follow focus. In addition, a double-ended magnetic wrench is included for easy disassembly and assembly.
