Description

The SmallRig Full Cage for Sony Alpha 7R V / Alpha 7 IV / Alpha 7S III / Alpha 1 / Alpha 7R IV 3667B is designed to provide accessory mounts and protect the camera. It locks the camera via a bottom locating pin, a 1/4″-20 screw and an M2.5 screw on the left side. The side locking adapters need to be adjusted in the installation direction to fit different types of cameras, with those printed with “A7 IV” being for the Alpha 7 IV and Alpha 7R V, while those printed with “A7S III / A1” are for the Alpha 7S III / Alpha 1 / Alpha 7R IV. Built-in protective spacers help prevent scratches on the camera. The cage allows access to interfaces, dials, buttons, or batteries. There is a tightening wrench in the battery compartment that fits the curve of the camera and leaves room for a little finger to achieve a comfortable grip.

1/4″-20 threaded holes, ARRI 3/8”-16 locating holes, and cold shoe mounts support the Top Handle 2165C, Side Handle 2093, Monitor Mount 2903, microphones, LED lights, monitors, and more. A QD strap mount is located at the bottom of the housing. The Arca-Swiss quick release plate on the bottom is compatible with the DJI RS 2 / RSC 2 / RS 3 / RS 3 Pro stabilizers, the quick release plate (riser) of the DJI RS 2 / RSC 2 stabilizers for gimbal shooting, and the Arca-Swiss quick release plate 3154. The optional HDMI Cable Clamp 3000 works with the Alpha 7R V / Alpha 7 IV / Alpha 7S III to protect the interfaces and ensure stable signal transmission during recording. Holes on the sides and bottom of the cage allow for the attachment of accessories such as a PAC2456 wrist strap and a PSC2428 shoulder strap. In addition, the cage features a built-in magnetic screwdriver for easy disassembly and assembly.
