Description

The SmallRig HawkLock Quick Release Cage Kit for Sony Alpha 7R V / Alpha 7 IV / Alpha 7S III 4538 is designed to facilitate low-angle shooting and protect the camera while offering a wide range of accessory mounts. This kit includes a cage, an HDMI cable clamp, a NATO rail, and a top handle. The patented quick release structure (called HawkLock) covers the cold shoe, NATO rail, and Arca Swiss, allowing the use of HawkLock Eco accessories for a solid, no-miss position. It only takes one push to load and one release to lock, improving disassembly efficiency.

The ergonomic top handle facilitates easy carrying and low-angle shooting. 1/4″-20 threaded holes, ARRI 3/8″-16 locating holes, cold shoes, and NATO QD rails allow for mounting monitors, microphones, LED lights, and NATO accessories. The HDMI cable clamp, attached to the left side of the cage via a 1/4″-20 screw, prevents deflection and secures the cables with a wing nut to protect the interfaces and ensure stable signal transmission. In addition, wrist strap mounting holes are provided on both sides of the cage. The cage comes with a magnetic flathead screwdriver and a hex wrench for easy disassembly and assembly.
