Smallrig Cage for Sony FX30 / FX3 4183 (new version 4138)

Description

The SmallRig Cage for Sony FX30 / FX3 4183 is designed to protect the camera and provide accessory attachment points. This modular cage consists of a NATO rail and a U-shaped cage. The NATO rail is attached to the top with two 1/4″-20 screws and can be removed to install the original XLR handle; the U-shaped cage is attached with 1/4″-20 screws on the sides and base to prevent twisting, with a pad to prevent scratches. At the battery door, an articulating arm follows the camera's curvature for improved little finger grip. A dedicated HDMI cable clamp protects the interfaces to ensure stable signal transmission. Among the many accessory attachment points, 1/4″-20 holes are provided to support the Magic Arm 2070; ARRI 3/8″-16 locating holes allow for attachment of the Top Handle 2165C or Monitor Mount 2903B; the top NATO rail is compatible with the Top Handle 3322 and the left rail is compatible with the Side Handle 2187B; 1/4″-20 locating holes on the top left quarter and left side allow for attachment of the Rod Clamp 3598 for follow focus; two 1/4″-20 holes on the right side allow for secure attachment to a quick release plate for vertical shooting; the cold shoe supports a microphone or LED light; and the QD port on the bottom allows for attachment of a QD sling. An Arca-Swiss quick release plate at the bottom can be directly attached to DJI RS 2 / RSC 2 / RS 3 / RS 3 Pro gimbals or with a quick release plate (height increase pad) for DJI RS 2 / RSC 2 gimbals and an Arca-Type Quick Release Plate 3154The sides and base are provided with holes for the 3848 Hand Strap and the PSC2428 Shoulder Strap. A magnetic key is also included for easy assembly and disassembly.
