Description

The SmallRig Cage Basic Kit 3668B for Sony Alpha 7R V / Alpha 7 IV / Alpha 7S III is designed to facilitate low-angle shooting and protect the camera while providing a wide range of accessory mounts. It includes a cage, an HDMI cable clamp, and a top handle. The top handle is comfortable and allows for easy carrying when shooting at low angles. The 1/4″-20 threaded holes, ARRI 3/8″-16 alignment holes, cold-shoe mounts, NATO rails, and QD socket support the mounting of a monitor (2294), microphones, LED lights, the Monitor Mount (2903B), and NATO accessories. The HDMI cable clamp, mounted on the left side of the cage using a 1/4″-20 screw and two alignment pins, prevents deflection and secures the cables with a thumbscrew to protect the interfaces and ensure stable signal transmission. In addition, mounting holes on both sides of the cage allow for attaching hand straps. The cage comes with a built-in magnetic flathead screwdriver and hex wrench for easy disassembly and assembly.
