Description

The SmallRig Basic Cage Kit for Blackmagic Design Cinema Camera 6K 4574 is designed to give creators a comfortable low-angle shooting experience, protect the camera, and provide multiple expansion options for accessories. The kit includes a cage, top handle, HDMI & USB-C cable clamp, SSD mounting bracket, and lens adapter mount. The three-point locking system secures the camera via two 1/4″-20 screws at the base and one 1/4″-20 screw on the top, while built-in silicone pads prevent scratches.

The cage provides unobstructed access to all camera interfaces, card slots, the swivel screen, and the battery compartment. The lens adapter mount is compatible with the Sigma MC-31, Sigma MC-21, and similar lens adapters, preventing damage to the camera mount. The kit also comes with HDMI & USB-C cable clips to protect the camera ports and prevent signal loss.

The ergonomic ARRI-style top handle provides a comfortable low-angle shooting experience for creators, making camera handling easier. The SSD mounting bracket is compatible with Samsung T5/T7 SSDs and features an integrated cold shoe mount for quick assembly and disassembly. With multiple mounting options like 1/4″-20 threaded holes, 3/8″-16 threaded holes, ARRI locating holes, cold shoe mounts, NATO rails, and QD mounts, the kit accommodates accessories such as magic arms, side handles, top handles, rod clamps, baseplates, LED video lights, microphones, and more.
