Description

The SmallRig Base for Sony Alpha 7R V / Alpha 7 IV 3666B aims to improve the gripping experience while enabling tripod and handheld shooting while protecting the bottom of the camera. It attaches to the bottom of the camera via a 1/4″-20 screw and a locating pin, and features a built-in silicone pad to prevent scratches and twisting. There is a pin key at the battery door that fits the curve of the camera and leaves room for a little finger for a comfortable grip; genuine leather integrated into the base integrates with the camera body. 1/4″-20 threaded holes and cold shoes at the bottom of the base support mini tripods and microphones. Additionally, the Arca-compatible base allows for quick switching from tripod to stabilization (DJI RS 2 / RSC 2 / RS 3 / RS 3 Pro) and handheld shooting. An integrated, easy-access magnetic pin wrench makes disassembly and assembly a breeze.
